- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a horrible experience. They only care about money, and not the patient. They told me I was rude and unbearable because they didn't call to confirm a chest Xray appointment. The paperwork said 'in some cases' that a chest Xray is needed that I had an appointment. Well okay unless you actually call and let the patient know that how are they going to know that this is the case. I have a job so I have to have things planned out. So because they said I was 'rude and unbearable' they refuse to see me. So thank you Mrs. Kimmerling for making me have to pull my car over, and take my inhaler because I was having a hard time breathing because you treated me like a number not a person. There was a whole lot more that happened on that phone call with me even muting on my side, and could hear the whole conversation with Angela, but then that would be a book.February 14, 2017by Jacqueline Howard
